You can serve it however you like - It makes a great shooter, but you can enjoy it on the rocks, though some prefer it up in a cocktail glass.
Served best in a rocks or old fashioned glass.
Ingredients
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce Jägermeister
1 ounce pineapple juice
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Rim with Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar
Directions
Rim your glass by swirling a lemon wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar.
Pour the rum, Jägermeister and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Strain into a rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Serve and enjoy!
