A Buck cocktail is a drink that’s made of three elements, spirit, citrus and ginger soda (it’s flexible whether ginger beer or ginger ale is involved).
Best served in a rocks style glass
Ingredients
- 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 part Lime Juice
- 1/2 part Fresh Ginger
- 1/3 parts Simple Syrup
- Sprig of Rosemary (for garnish)
- Rim with Ginger Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer
Directions
Rim your glass by swirling a lime wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Ginger Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer.
Add fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker and muddle until fine.
Shake and strain into a rimmed rocks glass filed with ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Serve and enjoy!
