The Dark ’n Stormy is a delicious, easy-to-make cocktail that features a refreshing trio of dark rum, ginger beer and lime. It also goes down a lot easier than the name might imply. It’s a close cousin to theMoscow Mule (vodka, ginger beer, lime) and should be an easy transition for vodka drinkers wanting to try something new.
Ingredients
2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal rum
½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger beer, to top (about 5 ounces)
Garnish: lime wheel
Rim with Ginger Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer
Directions
Rim your glass by swirling a lime wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Ginger Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer.
Add rum and lime juice to your tall, rimmed glass filled with ice.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Serve and enjoy!
