It’s easy to call the Red Snapper “just a Bloody Mary with gin," and you wouldn’t be wrong. But while the vodka-spiked version defers to the tomato juice and flavorful accessories, the gin stands tall in a Red Snapper, providing a sturdy backbone that shines through the cocktail’s other components.

Ingredients
-
1 lime wedge
-
2 ounces gin
-
4 ounces tomato juice
-
½ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
-
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
-
Garnish: celery stalk
-
Garnish: lime wedge
-
Rim with Cowboy Caviar Salt & Sugar Rimmer
Directions
Rim a glass by swirling a lime wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of Cowboy Caviar Salt & Sugar Rimmer.
Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
Add the gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge.
