"This sunset-colored cocktail marries the sweetness of mango purée and the heat of chili-infused rum. This is a delicious drink that you can make easily and quickly."

If you are unable to find chili-infused rum for this cocktail you can make your own by adding red chili peppers to your bottle of rum and let it sit for a few days!

Recommended glassware: Collins or Highball Glass




  1. Rim your glasses by swirling a lemon wedge around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of Habanero & Red Pepper Infused Salt.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, pour the rum, mango purée, lemon juice & shake thoroughly.

  3. Pour it into an rimmed, ice-filled highball or Collins glass.

  4. Top with Ginger Beer

  5. Garnish with chili.

  6. Serve it up and enjoy it!
