Pineapple Rum Punch


"Fruity and refreshing!"


Made with a blend of pineapple and coconut juice - this recipe makes 2 drinks, but can easily be multiplied to make a pitcher for a party! If you can't find pineapple coconut juice you can make your own blend with half pineapple and half coconut juice.


Served best in a rocks or collins glass.




Pineapple Rum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup pineapple coconut juice

  • 1/4 cup gold rum

  • 3 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1/3 cup ginger ale , divided

  • Garnish: pineapple wedge

  • Garnish: pineapple leaf

  • Rim with Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar

Directions:

  1. Rim your glass by swirling a lemon wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar.

  2. Add pineapple coconut juice, rum and lime juice to a small pitcher. Stir and chill.

  3. Fill 2 rimmed glasses with ice cubes. Pour half the pitcher mixture into each glass and top each glass off with half of the ginger ale.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
