Pecan Pie Martini

"Easy to make - but will have you feeling like you are sitting at the bar of a 5 star restaurant while you drink this."

Only 4 ingredients are needed to make this martini: Rumchata, Creme de Cacao, bourbon, and half-and-half. This recipe makes a total of 3 drinks (more or less). Even your non-bourbon drinkers will love this!

Pecan Pie Martini


  • 6 ounces rumchata

  • 6 ounces creme de cacao

  • 3 ounces bourbon

  • 3 ounces half-and-half

  • Caramel sauce for rimming

  • Whipped cream and pecan for rimming

  • Rim with Candied Pecan Sugar Rimmer


  1. Rim your glass by swirling a some caramel sauce around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Candied Pecan Sugar Rimmer.

  2. Combine rumchata, creme de cacao, bourbon, half-and-half, and ice in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

  4. Pour into prepared martini glasses.

  5. Garnish spoonful of whipped cream and whole pecan

  6. Serve and enjoy!
