Partrige in a Pear Tree


1.5 ounces Pear Infused Vodka

1 ounce simple syrup

4 ounces club soda

Caramel for Rimmer adhesive


Rocks glass


  1. Rim your rocks glass by swirling the top of your glass in caramel, then spin the top of the glass in the Fall Spice Rimmer.

  2. Add your pear infused vodka, simple syrup and club soda in rocks glass. Stir ingredients to mix using a bar spoon or regular spoon.

  3. Garnish with dehydrated pear and a fresh sprig of rosemary.

  4. Serve it and enjoy!
