"The ratio of orange juice varies from person to person, some like it equal parts, some like just a splash"

A mimosa cocktail consists of champagne and chilled citrus juice, usually orange juice. It is often served in a tall champagne flute at brunch, at weddings, or as part of business or first class service on some passenger railways and airlines.

Best served in a chilled champagne flute

  1. Rim your glass by swirling a orange wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Sweet Orange Infused Sugar Rimmer.

  2. Fill your rimmed, chilled flute halfway with champagne

  3. Top with orange juice

  4. Optional - top with 1 tablespoon of Grand Mariner in each glass

  5. Garnish with a orange wheel.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
