Lime-Chili Cucumber G&T

"A fun and sweet heat twist on the classic Gin and Tonic"

This gin and tonic recipe balances a red pepper garnish with a few cucumber slices for a fresh, multi-flavored drink.

Recommended Glassware: Collins or Rocks Glass

Lime - Chili Cucumber G&T



  1. Prepare your glass by rimming your glass. Swirl a lime wedge across the rim of the glass then spin the rim of your glass in a bowl or plate of your Chili Lime Infused Salt.

  2. In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber slices with the lime wedge. Add the gin and ice and stir.

  3. Strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with the tonic water.

  4. Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.

  5. Serve it up and enjoy!
