Ginger Lime Spritz

"Light, bubbly and refreshing"

Go with a Brut style (the driest) when picking out your Prosecco for max refreshment. This recipe makes 4 servings.

Best served in a rocks glass or large wine glass.

Ginger Lime Spritz


  • 1 2-inch piece peeled coarsely chopped fresh ginger

  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice

  • 2 ounces simple syrup

  • 16 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine

  • Club soda

  • Lime Wheel and mint sprigs (for garnish)

  • Rim with Derby Mule Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer


  1. Rim your glass by swirling a lime wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Derby Mule Lime Infused Sugar Rimmer.

  2. Muddle ginger in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add lime juice and simple syrup.

  4. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds.

  5. Strain into 4 ice-filled, rimmed rocks glasses or large wine glasses.

  6. Add Prosecco to each and top off with club soda.

  7. Garnish with a lime wheel & fresh mint.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
