Gin & Brine

"Pickled but classy."

Tired of the same gin drink? Looking for something salty but still full of flavor? This Gin and Brine will hit the spot. Have fun with this one by adding additional ingredients such as dry vermouth.

Recommended glassware: Coupe or Rocks Glass

Gin & Brine


  • 1.5 ounces gin

  • 3 ounces flavorful pickle brine

  • dash celery bitters

  • optional additions: splash of dry vermouth, fresh dill, pickle slices or cucumber.

  • Rim with The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt


  1. Rim a glass by swirling a pickle brine around the top of your glass or bottle, then spin the rim in a bowl or plate of The Big Dill Pickle Infused Salt Rimmer.

  2. In a cocktail shaker combine gin, brine and bitters.

  3. Cover and shake until very cold.

  4. Strain into a rimmed glasses filled with ice. Garnish with optional fresh dill.

  5. Serve it up and enjoy it!
