Blue Hawaiian

"Beautifully blue, refreshingly sweet, and fun to drink"

There are 3 options for making a Blue Hawaii: you can stir it, shake it, or blend it. We love it blended for a truly simple, refreshing frosty drink on a hot summer day.

Served best in a hurricane glass.

Blue Hawaiian


  • 3 ounces pineapple juice

  • 1 ounce cream of coconut

  • 1 ounce white rum

  • 1 ounce vodka

  • 1 ounce blue curacao

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • Garnish: fresh pineapple and maraschino cherries

  • Rim with Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar


  1. Rim your glass by swirling a lemon wedge around top of your glass then spin the rim of your glass in your Island Time Pineapple Infused Sugar.

  2. Place the ice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, vodka, and blue curacao into a blender. Place the top on the blender and pulse until completely smooth.

  3. (Alternatively, you can put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, then strain into a glass. Or go the really simple route and just pour everything into a glass over ice and stir to combine.)

  4. Pour the mixture into a rimmed hurricane glass.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
